Miami Beach Woman’s Club, Creative Edge Parties, Atlas Party Rental, Source Miami and SocialMiami

The historic and charming Miami Beach Woman’s Club, located in the beautiful Collins Park neighborhood, hosted public relations and communication professionals for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and a fun and interactive program by Lyn Pont of Manners for Business, Inc.

Co-host Creative Edge Parties’ President and Creative Director Carla Ruben came up with the innovative invitation and followed up by outfitting her serving staff with “Hi Gorgeous” t-shirts. The menu, exquisite bites, was inventive and oh-so-tasty, featuring Steak Frites, Jalepeno Tots, Beet Purses, Chicken Summer Rolls, Kale Lemon Salad Bites, Spicy Tuna Tacos and finished with delicious Mango Cheese Cake. Service was made more interesting by the unique and specially designed trays by Creative Edge Parties that showcased each of their menu selections. Guests could opt for their favorite wine or cocktail, or taste Creative Edge’s signature drink, “A Spring Chicken,” which proved very popular!

Tables, seating and tabletop items were generously provided by Atlas Party Rental, an event co-host, with Miami Sales Associate Danielle Blank on hand to greet guests.

The event was planned by Suzanne Pallot of Source Miami, who also introduced Dr. Lyn Pont, President of Manners for Business, Inc. to the event hosts. Lyn, author of “Hospitality Management,” a guide to people skills and manners on and off the job, spoke on the topic of “Manners Make Money” and shared tips for effective and impressive networking skills.

Founder Melanie Cohen and staff of SocialMiami were happy to meet and mingle with the guests, many being pr people who work with SocialMiami to introduce their clients and promote events they sponsor.
