Trump Hollywood Treats Guests To A Night To Remember

Donald Trump and more than 800 guests recently attended the lavish relaunch party for Trump Hollywood, the luxury oceanfront condominium located on Hollywood Beach, named one of the five best beaches in the United States by Travel & Leisure magazine.

Gregory Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn and Charles Phelan of BH III LLC, the new owners and developers of Trump Hollywood, were honored by Trump’s attendance.

Trump called the event “a fantastic relaunch for a phenomenal building on the ocean,” and mingled with numerous VIP guests, including CEO and Founder of The Related Group Jorge Pérez and Fortune International President Edgardo Defortuna.

“Trump Hollywood far exceeds the traditional definition of luxury, and I couldn't think of a more appropriate way to celebrate the relaunch of one of the most prideful development accomplishments of my career,” said Pérez.

Upon arrival, party-goers marveled at the latest in luxurious sports cars from Jaguar while models wearing exquisite jewels from the Ivanka Trump Collection at Neiman Marcus BAL HARBOUR mingled with guests.

Guests were awed by three spectacular model residences designed by Interiors by Steven G. “The people that came to the party and had the chance to tour the model units and amenities were all saying that they had no idea how fantastic the residences and ocean views really are,” Defortuna said.

Highlighting the various amenities Trump Hollywood offers on its mezzanine level, a cigar roller provided hand-rolled cigars to guests in the Cigar Room, while sommeliers presented a wine tasting in the Wine Cellar and Tasting Salon. Outside on the expansive pool deck, a five-piece jazz band entertained guests as they enjoyed an elegant raw bar and sushi display complete with sushi chefs creating custom-made rolls. Weekend stays at Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago, Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas and a foursome at Trump International Golf Club at Mar a Lago were raffled off to three lucky winners.

BH III LLC presented a $10,000 donation to the American Red Cross on behalf of Trump Hollywood. The event was in collaboration with Florida International Magazine and the February launch of its “For the Love of Home” issue.
