CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY OF FLORIDA 2004 PINK AND BLUE GALA
"A Gift of Love" Benefit

Hosted by CBS 4’s Bob Soper, the Children’s Home Society of Florida’s annual Pink and Blue Gala drew more than 500 guests. Ada Arnas, Liliane Stransky and Sonnia Viyella chaired the ball held on February 14th at the Intercontinental Hotel Miami. After a lavish cocktail reception, guests entered the ballroom to the strains of waltzes played by the Miami Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Manuel Ochoa. The Miami-based architectural firm of Spillis Candela & Partners was honored as the Corporation of Valor; Man of Valor went to Rudy Kranys, founding partner of Syntheon; and philanthropist Norma Jean Abraham was named Women of Valor.

Founded in Jacksonville in 1902, Children's Home Society of Florida has grown into Florida's largest and most respected provider of social services, with 204 locations and outreach centers, and has facilitated more than 30,000 adoptions. More than 100,000 children and adults rely on the organization's services each year. To learn more about CHS, visit www.chsfl.org.
