Village of Merrick Park hosted its first official Fashion’s Night Out. With an amazing turnout of almost 5,000 people, the event took place throughout the center as well as in over 30 participating retailers. Shopping events and in store treats throughout the center lured the crowds as they strolled through the Village of Merrick Park. An energetic and exciting vibe was felt by all as guests mingled and enjoyed the many festivities.
The evening included a Fashion’s Night Out lounge, which featured cool music by DJ Blaze, light bites provided by SAWA Restaurant & Lounge, informal modeling and a sneak peak of fall 2010 trends as well as many other exciting initiatives. Guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails provided by Belvedere Vodka & Atlantico Rum, as well as a Café Bustelo coffee station. Visitors captured their Fashion’s Night Out experience at the professional photo shoot lounge. Fashion’s Night Out participants included Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Diane von Furstenberg, Jimmy Choo and Etro. The evening was a great success of shopping, fashion and fun.
