The stars were out at the annual NOTABLES gala benefiting Alzheimer’s care and services at Douglas Gardens. The black tie gala drew stars of the local philanthropy scene to the Miami Beach Resort & Spa’s Starlight Roof. Gala honorees Frances and Sam Gordon dedicated the evening to Fran’s late mother, Gertrude Galley Glucksman.
Guests viewed a special video featuring the new BlueCross BlueShield of Florida Multi-Sensory Environment Room, a cutting-edge sensory therapy program at Douglas Gardens. Other gala highlights included a lavish caviar bar donated by Marky’s Caviar International; ticket sales for the Mercedes-Benz of Miami Raffle, in memory of Carolyn Rosen Miller; and an Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Coral Gables dance extravaganza.
