Friends of South Florida Autism (FSFA) hosted its annual Ray of Hope Gala on Nov. 18, 2017. FSFA is a non-profit that supports programs and services for individuals most severely impacted by Autism. This exclusive event brought together the organization's board members, families, and most loyal supporters.
Guests enjoyed lively entertainment provided by a steel drum band during the cocktail hour with the backdrop of the Miami skyline at the InterContinental Miami's Bayfront Ballroom.

11th Annual Wild About Kids Gala
More than 400 guests attended the 11th Annual "Wild About Kids" Gala at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami that was brought to life by WOW MKGT. It featured a pre-gala Champaign Reception compliment of Total Wine & More and including: spirits compliments of Bacardi, live entertainment by the Rodriguez-Roig Brothers and an evening wear fashion showcase compliments of Bloomingdales Miami at The Falls.
Winter Wonderful Gala 2017
UM President Julio Frenk and the Dean of the highly-acclaimed Frost School of Music, Shelton G. Berg, presented the 2017 Frost Legacy Award to siblings Stuart Miller, Leslie Miller Saiontz, and Jeffrey Miller, in honor of their inspiring support of the Frost School of Music and the community at large. All three are following in the footsteps of their late parents, Leonard M. and Susan “Sue” Miller. The Millers are accomplished community and business leaders, philanthropists, and committed patrons of the arts and education in South Florida. Berg surprised the Millers with a special holiday treat on the piano, on the heels of his fifth Grammy nomination.
Kristi House Disco Ball Raises a Record $670,000 for the Children
Three hundred guests celebrated healing child trauma at Kristi House's Disco Ball in November at Miami's Four Seasons. Presented by the law firm of Marin, Eljaiek, Lopez & Martinez, the evening was a blast of nostalgia, complete with bell-bottoms, platform shoes, disco dancing, and lots of sparkles.
Guests had a ball reliving the music and dance scene of the 1970s, while they enjoyed a scrumptious gourmet dinner specially created by Four Season's Chef Aaron Brooks, with fine wines and spirits generously provided by Republic National Distributing Company.
