Urban Promise Miami Young Professionals Holiday Happy Hour
Over 250 young professionals attended the 6th Annual Young Professionals Holiday Happy Hour at the Clevelander at Marlins Park. Cristina Mas started this event with the notion that most young professionals don't actually intermingle outside of their immediate network. Wrong! And it was obvious that the Tuesday of Basel gets lots of traction because people have the itch to go out.
Relive Studio 54 Experience
Continuum on South Beach, The North Tower and Rudolf Budja Gallery partnered for an exclusive "Relive Studio 54 Experience" at the start of Miami Art Week 2017. A who's who of South Florida's business leaders, collectors and international art aficionados viewed especially selected pieces from the private collection of Rudolf Budja, including pieces by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichenstein.
Sculpture by Daniel Knorr Unveiled at Jade Signature
An impressive group of art world influentials and friends joined Edgardo Defortuna, Fortune International Group President & CEO, and artist Daniel Knorr for the unveiling of Bonhomme Universe, Knorr's new public sculpture. Defortuna commissioned the piece for Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach, a new, soon-to-open luxury condominium. Bonhomme Universe sits between the ocean and the residential tower, a luxury 57-story building offering a resort-like lifestyle.
Ketel One Celebrates Art & Culture with ICA
Ketel One Family-Made Vodka celebrated The Institute of Contemporary Art's (ICA) opening reception for its inaugural exhibition, "The Everywhere Studio." The first major exhibition in the museum's new permanent location explores the significance of the artist's studio from the postwar period to the present day, encompassing over 100 works in painting, sculpture, video and installation. Presented by Saint Laurent and Deutsche Bank, art aficionados and cultural leaders were united for ICA's reveal of works from more than fifty artists over the past five decades.
