Details
Ensemble Ibis performs a concert of contemporary American music by Christopher Theofanidis, the 2018 Frost Distinguished Visiting Composer-in-Residence, Frost faculty composers Charles Mason and Lansing McLoskey, and the seminal American composer John Adams. Featured guest performers include Frost faculty clarinet professor Margaret Donaghue, and Florida International Universitys cello professor Jason Calloway. Program includes Mason's Turning and Turning in the Widening Gyre II, Theofanidis' Flow my Tears and Visions and Miracles, McLoskey's Occams Razor, and Adams' Gnarly Buttons. Tickets: $20 adults and $15 seniors.
