Details
Orchestra Miami kicks off the Nicklaus Children’s Pinecrest Outpatient Family Fun Concert Series with The Composer is Dead by Lemony Snicket. A composer is found dead, and the concert must go on! What to do? The inspector is called to quiz the orchestra and find out exactly what went on! It's a hysterically funny, tongue-in-cheek introduction to the orchestra, with music by Nathaniel Stookey, performed by the 46 musicians of Orchestra Miami, conducted by Elaine Rinaldi. Come early for the instrument petting zoo and stay for complimentary cookies and juice after the concert. Advance tickets are $10 for kids 3 to 17; $12 for seniors; and $15 for adults - slightly higher at the door. Five-concert package also available.
