The stellar event was the brainchild of SocialMiami.com Fashion Contributor Elysze Held, who in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour will develop the event into a series. The event featured a Q&A between Ms. Held and Charlene Parsons, Director of Fashion for Miami International University of Art & Design. Miami socialites Eilah Beavers, Adrienne bon Haes, Jenine Howard, Christy Martin, Erin Newberg, Claudia Potamkin and Tara Solomon were invited to share their favorite fashion stories as the audience enjoyed a dynamic fashion presentation highlighting Miami-inspired styled by Elysze Held and exquisite gems from the collection of Robert Procop.

Stylist Elysze Held joined the partygoers at the American Red Cross Ball, one of South Florida’s most prestigious social fundraising events painted the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne shades of crimson—the posh fundraising event to benefit the American Red Cross featuring exquisite food, elegant décor, music and dancing—and of courses fabulous styles! Chaired this year by Sid and Linda Goldberg, this annual ball was started in 1982 by a group of socially prominent women volunteers and every year, this recognized event is attended by over 500 prominent and affluent leaders of the South Florida social and corporate communities.
