A Mega Egga Hunt at Jungle Island

Get egg-static about Easter and hop over to Jungle Island for their Mega Egga Hunt!, a delightful tradition and holiday event. There will be three days of continuous egg hunts, acres of bounce houses, rides, arts & crafts, music and special appearances by the Easter Bunny. Bring your Easter basket - or purchase one at at Jungle Island's gift shop. It's all free with Park admission. Discount coupons offering $6 off admission are available at any Publix or Pet Supermarket, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Easter Brunch at Blue Matisse Restaurant

Easter Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Celebrate Easter at Blue Matisse Restaurant, the newest destination in Doral, for an amazing array of breakfast and brunch specialties. The whole family will enjoy an eggs-ordinary good time with a terrific Easter Brunch, a DJ serving up great music, an Easter Egg Hunt, appearances by the Easter Bunny and a Toys "R" Us gift card for the winner of the Easter Egg Hunt. The penguins have taken over, and BunnyPalooza is now Penguin-Palooza! And it’s more fun than ever spending Easter at Miami Seaquarium. With South Florida’s largest Easter Parade and three penguin-perfect days of continuous egg hunts, five acres of rides and bounce houses and visits from the Easter Bunny, “Penguin-Palooza” is packed with tons of kid-friendly fun. The daily Easter Parade will start at 12:30 p.m. complete with floats, bands, strolling performers, costumed characters and, of course, the Easter Bunny. The park’s new ‘Penguin Isle,’ home to ten endangered African penguins, will add to your Easter excitement. Admission is $44.99 for general admission and $34.99 for children 3 to 9 years.

Thyme at the Carillon is offering an elegant buffet for Easter and a free morning Easter Egg Hunt for the kids - ages 4 and under at 11 a.m. and ages 5 to 10 at 11:30. Then enjoy an expansive raw bar with Avruga Caviar and Fanny Bay Oysters, an assortment of spring-inspired salads, hot stations with organic grass-fed strip loin lamb chops and maple-glazed ham with a display of charcuterie & cheese and sushi. You'll find Italian-infused cuisine with a tropical twist at Oltremare Ristorante at Amara Cay Resort. Savor the flavor of the Florida Keys in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. Executive Chef Dario Olivera has created a four-course, prix-fixe menu for Easter, starting with conch escabeche along with tostones and a special island sauce. Select a delectable second course, and for the main course choose between rack of lamb, grilled grouper or cedar key clam tagliatelle. A crisp turnover filled with fig and dates is the perfect combination of sweet and savory to end the meal. Brunch is $59 p/p plus tax and gratuity. A full a la carte menu will also be available.

The costs, which include park admission, the Mega Egga Hunt, brunch and taxes, are $69.95 for adults and $44.95 for children ages 3 to 10 years.
