Miami City Ballet Benefactors Celebrate 25th Season

Fine wine, champagne and Parisian-inspired dishes were enjoyed by top Miami City Ballet patrons as a prelude to the Companyís exhilarating first program of the New Year. The scene for celebration was internationally renowned, James Beard award-winning Chef Daniel Bouludís new Miami restaurant, db Bistro Moderne, located at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. The Company premiered Twyla Tharpís exhilarating Bakerís Dozen, George Balanchineís haunting La Sonnambula, the buoyant Western Symphony, and the pas de deux Diana and Actaeon. Afterwards, the benefactors headed to a dessert and champagne reception in the Arsht Centerís Peacock Rehearsal Studio hosted by Investor Solutions. Artistís Circle members provide generous support for Miami City Balletís annual operating expenses.
