Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami Campus hosted the second annual ZEST Awards to showcase and honor South Florida’s culinary leaders in six award categories. “In its second successful year, the ZEST Awards have once again brought together South Florida’s brightest culinary talents,” said Loreen Chant, president of Johnson & Wales, North Miami Campus. “All of the 2013 nominees have played a significant role in transforming South Florida into a culinary destination, and by presenting these ZEST Awards we recognize their hard work and contributions to the area’s unique culture and thriving culinary industry.”
