Over 400 guests were in attendance at HistoryMiami’s latest exhibition opening for The Guayabera: A Shirt’s Story (La Guayabera: Historia de Una Camisa). The exhibition which is sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts, CUBAVERA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International, and Miami-Dade County, featured live music by the AXIS band, cigar rollers by JC Productions, a CUBAVERA pop-up store and much more! Maria Celeste Arrarás, national news anchor from the Univision network served as emcee for the evening.
