Bernard Markowicz, owner of Markowicz Fine Art and U.S. Agent for French Painter and Sculptor Alain Godon, introduced a new collection of oil-canvas painting portraying premier architecture landmarks of Miami. “Architecture Collection Miami” was unveiled at the New World Center during an exclusive preview exhibition: Where art and architecture united to benefit the New World Symphony. The excitement surrounding the collection release attracted Alain Godon avid collectors who chartered flights from Paris to attend the opening, as well as devoted followers of Miami’s arts scene, which resulted in a near sold out exhibition.

Alain Godon and Bernard Markowicz hosted an esteemed guest list of art enthusiasts including New World Symphony supporters and prominent community figures whose passion and dedication continue to influence and shape the foundation of Greater Miami. Special guests were inspired by the architectural innovation of the New World Center and had the opportunity to engage in a live classical performance while previewing the collection.

The New World Center, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Architect Frank Gehry, was presented as the architectural landmark introducing “Architecture Collection Miami.”
