200 local luminaries and art lovers gathered to view and purchase works by four rising artists as part of Brickell Gallery Nights new series ‘West Encounters East’. The event showcased work by four emerging artists with Japanese-Argentine roots including photographs by Guillermo Ueno, Lucila Heinberg, and Ary Kaplan Nakamura, as well as sculptures by Valeria Yamamoto. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of artwork went to benefit University of Miami’s Lowe Art Museum.
