ARC Broward, a not-for-profit human services organization dedicated to providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, and those with various other life challenges, raised $13,000 during a private dinner hosted at Josh and Elizabeth Murray’s beautiful Miami home. Twenty-four guests enjoyed a four course meal prepared by renowned celebrity chef, Michelle Bernstein.
Throughout the dinner, ARC Broward Culinary Institute student chefs had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work beside Chef Bernstein. Attendees enjoyed fabulous culinary delicacies while listening to modern-day music performed by violin prodigies, Sons of Maestro.
Food and beverage for the event was graciously underwritten by PNC Bank and Premier Beverage. All proceeds from the evening benefit ARC Broward in support of the organization’s annual fundraising gala, “Delish,” which pays tribute to the success of the ARC Broward Culinary Institute and its student chef graduates.
The ARC Broward Culinary Institute offers a food service training certificate program for individuals with disabilities and other life challenges. The ARC Broward Culinary Institute also provides competitively-priced catering services for a variety of occasions including weddings, cocktail parties, business lunches and more. Revenues generated from catering services directly support job training, placement and student scholarships.
