Flagstone Property Group broke ground on Island Gardens Miami and celebrated with a fabulous groundbreaking bash. The $640 million waterfront destination will be comprised of luxury fractional residences, shops, hotels, world-class dining and the only dedicated mega-yacht harbor in North America.

Island Gardens will rise on 24-acres (10.7-acre upland and 13.3-acre submerged) of undeveloped land on the waterfront of Watson Island, a city-owned property perfectly positioned between downtown Miami and South Beach. The views of Biscayne Bay will be unobstructed and unparalleled in the city, and the Shops at Island Gardens will feature cutting-edge and luxury retail, some of which will be new to the United States.

The Super-Yacht Harbour will be the only location in North America designed for mega-yachts and giga-yachts in excess of 400 feet in length. Island Gardens also will feature an ultra-luxury Shangri-La Hotel; The Residences at Island Gardens, a private residence club managed and serviced by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, with 98 luxury fractional residences designed by world-renowned architect Piero Lissoni; a lifestyle hotel; CHI, The Spa; 60 high-end retail shops; world-class dining; a unique waterfront promenade; a fish market; leisure gardens; and a maritime gallery. Island Gardens will offer the residents and visitors of Miami.
