Au Pied de Cochon Miami, legendary Parisian brasserie, celebrated its long-awaited grand opening affair. Owner Carlo Bicaci came together with executive chef Didier Lailheugue and representatives general manager Joaquim Braz, chef Joel Veyssiere and chef Bernard LePrince from the original location in Paris to introduce the iconic restaurant to South Florida, the second location in North America. Hundreds filled the south of fifth soirée and spilled into the courtyard of the completely renovated Art Deco property at 81 Washington Avenue.
