Miami Beach Revives Historic Carillon Hotel

Canyon Ranch celebrated the rebirth of the legendary Carillon Hotel. The 1950s Miami Beach landmark’s neon marquis was illuminated for the first time in two decades, marking a new and exciting year for Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach and North Beach. Miami Beach Mayor David Dermer and Miami Beach Commissioners joined WSG Development Company’s Eric Sheppard and Phil Wolman, Canyon Ranch President Kevin Kelly and Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach Managing Director Matthias Kammerer for the ceremony. WSG is preserving many of the historic hotel’s original features, including the Igor Polevitsky fountains on Collins Avenue and porte cochère lantern with original grill work.
