Curated by Rakel Bernie and Claire Breukel, Raices/Roots focuses on the feminine experience of what it means to be part of a Hispanic community in Miami today. Eleven women artists from the ArtCenter and other regions of South Florida, using a variety of media, explore issues surrounding migration. . .leaving behind and integrating into a new community.
