Tortoise and Blonde
Shore Club pop up store comes to Swim Week

Nothing screams Miami more than sunglasses and you can be sure that they will be out in full force for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim and all of the shows that surround it. One brand in particular will certainly be making splash.

Tortoise and Blonde will have a pop up store at the Shore Club on July 16 to introduce their luxury and vintage inspired eyewear to the Swim Week crowd.

Tortoise and Blonde is an emerging eyewear brand that stands out from other luxury and vintage-inspired eyewear makers for two important reasons. For starters, the company, based outside of New York City, is founded by a successful optometrist with over three decades of experience providing prescription-filled eyewear.

Dr. Steven Weisfeld is a licensed and proven eye doctor who started this business with his son, Evan, with the intent of giving people an eyewear brand that carries the same flexibility and style they have with other parts of their wardrobe. The company's motto, One Today, Another Tomorrow, is a testament to the fact that most luxury eyewear brands (which weren't started by eye doctors) have a keen interest on over-pricing their products to levels that disable the customer from having flexibility.

So stop by the Tortoise and Blonde pop up store at the Shore Club during Swim Week and join a growing number of people who are in the know about this hot new brand. With frames starting at $97, Tortoise and Blonde offers eyewear that is affordable without giving up anything on style.
