Meet the Panache Party Rental team! Since July, when the JBK Group, d/b/a Event Source, acquired Panache, there’s been a intense focus and renewed interest in customer service, plus a newfound dedication to the vision and goals of the new ownership.

The team is excited as they work together to elevate Panache’s operations, inventory and customer service. Their well-tested and established business model is currently being implemented, expanding their reach throughout the state of Florida. Event Source’s experienced leadership equals new and robust systems put in place, including up-to-date procedures and training for all departments at the company.

One big focus for Panache Party Rental is increasing product quality, selection and quantities. The acquisition provides even more depth to product inventory as investments are made in product, technology and service professionals. The new Panache is committed to the cutting-edge products and services their clients deserve, establishing the company as the local leader in special event rentals, with everything from tables, chairs, linens, cooking equipment, catering equipment, china, flatware and so much more.

The Team

Company President John Bibbo leads both Event Source and Panache with over three decades of experience and dozens of accolades, including an upcoming tenure as the President of the American Rental Association.

Debbie Halkovics is the VP of Sales and Marketing for both companies. Her initial efforts at Panache Party Rental are focused on guiding the sales team to elevate customer service for current and future Panache clientele.

Familiar faces from Panache include Senior Account Executives Allison Gilchrest, Suzie Halpern, Lori Haynes and Karen Karlis; Account Executive Denise Fields; and Inside Sales Representatives Suzette Leiva, Laurie Ramsaran, Tammy Sory and Beth Williamson. Rentals

With changes in inventory, as well as seasons, Panache Party Rental’s Creative Director Jacob Holland redesigned the Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach Design Centers! Clients are welcome to visit. Experience the quality of Panache rentals and pull together ideas for their next event. The design centers are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays (October through April) from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The Pompano Beach location is 2009 N.W. 25th Avenue, Pompano Beach – 800.30.PARTY (800.307.2789) – and West Palm Beach is at 401 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach – 800.30.PARTY (800.307.2789).

Beginning in November, new product additions will include 7’ Boxwood Hedges, Low-back Leather Furniture, Leather Bars, Clear Chairs, and two new flatware patterns.

Upgrading inventory was first initiated with a three-day inventory sale held in October when Panache Party Rental sold thousands of dollars of retired inventory to restaurants, event planners, caterers and consumers. That revenue immediately is going directly to inventory upgrades. The first product upgrades included sparkling white folding chairs, available now just in time for holiday parties. Additional product upgrades that will be available soon include banquet tables, gold flatware, bowls, and two new styles of glassware.
