FB - What brought you to Miami?

JWP - I was born and raised in Miami

FB - A food you can’t resist?

JWP - Chocolate Brioche from Fresh Market.

FB - The last time you went to the movies?

JWP - Last time I went to the movies was to see Revenant. I was at the edge of my seat, riddled with anticipation.

FB - The book(s) on your nightstand.

JWP - It takes me quite some time to finish a book as I’m known to read several at the same time and with my business growing fast, there’s not much time for leisure reading. When I do get to curl up with my hot tea and dive in to a literary escape, I’m currently grabbing for The Dark Art by Edward Follis, #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso or Daring: My Passages by Gail Sheehy.

FB - If you were to move, what would you miss the most about Miami?

JWP - People’s happy social energy and the sun!

FB - You have been living in Miami long enough that...

JWP - I know Miami Beach is not “Miami.” The greater Miami has so much to offer. I’ve lived here for over 30 years and with a little exploration, this Magic City still surprises me every day.
