Room Service Restaurant Lounge

On Thursday, September 27, Room Service Restaurant Lounge opens as a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Miami Beach. This fascinating new venue, like no other on South Beach, perfectly mimics the perception of checking-in to a luxury hotel, complete with bellmen escorting diners to their private suites, French maidens providing bottle service, a spectacular menu with tantalizing dishes that embody American Cuisine with a Latin Flair and desserts served on room service carts.

The evening will kick-off with Black Carpet arrivals at 8:00 p.m., followed by scrumptious butler passed hors d’oeuvres until 10:00 p.m. and signature Room Service cocktails provided by Russian Standard vodka. The evening will also feature music, entertainment, flowing bubbly provided by Perrier-Jouët and will culminate with a spectacular, live Master Mixologist flair show.

“We are very excited about bringing a new vibe and concept to South Beach with Room Service Restaurant Lounge. Our spectacular 5-star Luxury Hotel environment is ideal for dining and lounging, six days a week,” said owners, Tamara Young and Richard Ford.

Celebrated local chef, Miguel Emmanuelli, whose culinary experience includes the 51 Supper Club, the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach hotels, will be creating the signature passed hors d’oeuvres for the evening. In addition, Chef Emmanuelli has designed a delectable food menu that includes both small and large plates, salads and signature homemade desserts. The extensive variety of dishes includes these signature items: South Beach Cones, Lobby Sliders, Room Service Dip Trio, Bird’s Nest, Volcano Skirt Steak and the Ultimate Club.

At Room Service Restaurant Lounge guests are encouraged to participate in the daily Happy Hour from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. In keeping with the hotel theme, this experience is called “Early Check-in” and pricing is determined by the time the guest “checks in.” This special menu includes a bar menu and signature, specialty cocktails made with premium brands. The names of the cocktails mimic hotel verbiage, with monikers like Lights Out, Wake up Call, 3 Days 2 Nights and Presidential Suite.

After dinner service at 11 p.m., Room Service Restaurant transforms into Room Service Lounge, with the French maiden servers and entertainment provided by a live DJ. Each night of the week will be represented by a designated theme, including Ladies’ Night, Monday Sports Showcase and Tasting Tuesdays. This exciting new venue welcomes private parties, with a designated seating area for up to 30 guests. For larger groups, the restaurant accommodates up to 270 guests comfortably.

“We simply can’t wait to share our labor of love with the South Florida community,” added Young and Ford, “and we look forward to you checking-in and enjoying your stay.”
