Andrew Quarrie - Urbanism Summit

Over a decade as a multifaceted marketing strategist and creative, Andrew Quarrie has been involved in various projects spanning regional, multi-national brands, and non-profits. He's worked in myriad professional creative roles, which included chief audio engineer, multimedia producer, UI/UX designer, and digital marketer. Volunteering for causes that are important to him, he is a board member of The Fairchild Palms, supporting the environmental conservation initiatives of The Fairchild Challenge - a program of the world-renowned Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden; supports the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens as an active member of the Tech Advisory Committee; and served as the Marketing Chair, Board Member for OWIT (Organization of Women in International Trade) South Florida. He is the host of Jurnid Sessions, a leading tech and content strategy meet-up in South Florida and occasionally moderated various discussions and events supporting startup and entrepreneurial culture in Miami. His goal is to create lasting positive community impact, where he can inspire people to collaborate for the betterment of each other.

Jossua Parini co-founded with Brittary Jarrin Creative Glue, with the mission to bridge the gap between business and creativity. With a passion for helping others, this new type of event company offers much more than just sales or content but instead a company that drives results and purpose. Creative GLUE stands for "Give, Learn, Unite and Evolve," a set of core values that makes it stand out from the rest. After a year of self-funded events throughout Miami, Creative Glue quickly grabbed the attention of large companies and startups seeking brand activation, networking, and experiential marketing. Three years later, Creative Glue has produced over 200+ events, fed over 10,000 kids, donated over $25,000 to charities, created countless memories, and have accelerated high impact ideas through its services and platform. Colleen Coughlin - The Full Edit

Frustrated with the incredible waste she saw as a Victoria’s Secret designer, Colleen Coughlin quit her job and founded TheFullEdit, a professional closet editing service that helps people organize their space and upcycle their fashion waste. Colleen purges closet items and then recycles materials in the workshops co-organized with Nomad Tribe. She also resells high-quality garments and ships items in reused packaging, making TheFullEdit Miami's first zero waste company. To date, TFE has eliminated over 4094 lbs of fabric from the waste stream. Colleen brings over 13 years of NYC design experience to her endeavors. Working with fashion and lifestyle brands such as Victoria's Secret PINK, Cradle2Cradle, Pinatex, Tesla, StartUpFashion, The NBA, Discover, Nylon, and Glamour, she seeks to educate and inspire on the circular economy and build eco-conscious brands. When she's not helping DebrisFreeOceans to remove marine debris, Colleen is co-organizing FashionRevolutionMiami events that bringing together independent designers and eco minded Miamians to create ways of making fashion less wasteful.

Iva Kosovic

Iva Kosovic is an arts administrator with extensive experience working in the culture and entertainment industries. She is an avid advocate for the arts as a driving force behind social change. For the past nine seasons, she has held notable positions with the New World Symphony (NWS), Miami’s premier cultural institution. Currently, as the symphony’s Director of Corporate Partnerships and Friends of NWS, she builds relationships with a wide variety of brands and cultivates support among Miami’s younger generations. A classically trained pianist, Iva immigrated to the US from Croatia at the age of 17 and studied classical piano at the University of Miami and Florida International University under the tutelage of Ivan Davis and Kemal Gekic. She holds a Master's Degree in Performing Arts Management from FIU. Passionate about community engagement, Iva has served on committees of several non-profit organizations, including Fashionably Conscious for Coconut Grove Cares and Heart in Hand Awards, benefiting No More Tears. In May of 2014, she was honored in Ocean Drive magazine's "Real Beauties of Miami" feature as one of six distinguished women who are reshaping the South Florida community.
