Next Spring, New World School of the Arts will once again celebrate the amazing talent of its young students in both the performing and visual arts. The school’s annual Rising Stars event, a three-part celebration, gets underway beginning at 5 p.m. with an exhibition of artworks by NWSA students in the New World Gallery. Just a short block away, the curtain goes up at the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts promptly at 7 p.m. with a carefully orchestrated program that showcases students in NWSA’s Music, Drama and Dance Programs. Immediately following the Rising Stars Performance, guests will continue on to the Sky Lobby Terrace at Bank of America where they will join NWSA supporters, visionaries and sponsors for the Rising Stars Gala, a celebration of another year of excellence at New World School of the Arts.
