at Cutler offers elegant rental facilities for social and cultural events, parties and weddings. A historic site with the grand Stone House and picturesque Richmond Cottage, the Deering Estate is a dream-come-true for South Florida brides who fall in love with the breathtaking beauty of the houses and views of the Bay.
The Estate can host events of all sizes, from smaller intimate weddings to the elegant and grandiose gala weddings and charity events held in the Stone House Ballroom. To enjoy an outdoor event in natural splendor, a tent may be rented from the Estate to cover the Stone House Courtyard on the west side of the manicured lawn that blends into beautiful Biscayne Bay.

Meetings and Conferences
The Deering Estate at Cutler offers rental facilities for corporate events, conferences, meetings and team building retreats. With an Auditorium and several meeting rooms, the Estate is an ideal place for corporations or medium-sized groups to host events that are unique by combining a professional atmosphere with a respite from the daily work environment.
For an outdoor event, corporate picnic or luncheon, a tent may also be rented from the Estate to cover the Stone House Courtyard on the west side of the manicured lawn that blends into beautiful Biscayne Bay.
